Sunday, June 1st, 2 - 4PM: "Money in Politics" forum, presented by the SF Clean and Fair Elections working group.

WHERE: Latino/Hispanic Room downstairs at the San Francisco Main Library -FREE-

COME THROUGH and listen to the panel discussion while passing out voters guides and signing up those in attendance to our voter bloc!  Please contact Aliza to connect with the League!

 
What are Clean and Fair Elections, and how do they work in other places? Join us for a lively and informative discussion on the problems with big money in politics, and some possible solutions. 
 

Confirmed panelists: Derek Cressman, (Common Cause), Andrew McGuire (Healthcare for All) and Dave Room (Bay Localize, a project of Earth island Institute). Moderator will be Julie Rajan, the new Executive Director of CA Clean Money Campaign.  Debbie O'Malley, Cleanly-Elected Vice President, Albuquerque City Council.
